    Bcaa or whey protein?

    Okay so I have always tried why proteins but lately I have been doing some research on Bcaa and I like what I have read so far but I do not know what the difference is and if I should do one alone or both at the same time and if putting the bcaa in a gallon water jug and drinking that throughout the day because you are supposed to drink a lot of it. Also what is a really good bcaa to get and what size and all to get to most bang your buck?

    At 17 you dont need either. Make sure your diet is in check. This means eating enough of the right foods for your goals, be that bulking or cutting and hit the gym hard with a good training program.
