Second PT appointment today. She gave me 3 more exercises to do and told me that she expects me to make a 100% recovery within 12 months.

I forgot to mention that she advised me to lay off anything with the word "snatch" in it...but I don't think she included my wife in that list...

Nice work Bear. Squats are definitely one of those exercises that will show where it hurts if you have an injury. Good idea dropping the weight, you can always make it up with volume.Originally Posted by Marius_Ursus
