I still think I'm fat as fck. The other day at my buddy's house I was assembling his computer, and started sweating. I went to change shirts and I went in to the bathroom to do it because I didn't want anybody seeing me.

They called me out right there on it. They told me I'm fcked in the head if I'm embarrassed - and that was the guy sitting there shirtless sipping a beer with his quivering belly hanging over his pant line.

I'll never be 'finished'. I'm forever fat. Mental illness of peace.

I imagine it will 'eventually' go away, since only a few years have passed and I'm still very much trying to cope with being lean.

Anyone else's posture off? I try my best to stand up straight, shoulders back, chest out like you're supposed to, but as a fat guy I tended to slouch over to hide my belly/man boobs. Now it's still a very bad habit. I'm working on it all the time, but it's just a default position a lot of the time.
