i don't have any proper recent pics so I can't post anything
many of you guys are much better looking than me in a shorter time frame. But I am tall (6'5'') and probably had the worst base ITT (yes, even worse than the obese guy). 6'2'' 115 pounds. Life sucked

the pic of me in the red was supposd to be me "before" where I weighed 250.. cuz ive always really lifted but I never got lean until the past few years.
last 3 pics were me at 180ish.
always worked out in my "home gym" where all I had was a barbell, with 200 pounds of weight and some dumbells.
but I finally got a gym membership last year in may.
