if you are just getting back into it...train without supplements. Gauge how your training and diet works first before adding in supplements.

C4 is an awesome preworkout and I think one of the best for those who have taken a long preworkout break or first time users. It's well rounded and will give good energy. Lower on the stims which is good to gauge your tolerance with. You will definitely get that 'feeling' and see good improvements to your lifts. I would check that out!

Appreciate the support fellas.
For cardio i would say 1 scoop c4 because 135mg caffeine should be more than enough to aid you through walking on a treadmill or a few intervals...
For working out i would suggest option 2 above with the C4+ hemavol which would be a legit 1-2 punch to aid pumps as well due to nitrates in C4.
C4 could stack well with White Pump, Vaskular, high Volume which are other great non-stim products if you want to look for the pump only.
I would suggest lower stims to start if you are not needing a lot of stims like neon volt or psycho by scivation
Katana would be a good stim/pump agent, WFR, Presurge, and Core Fury
I would not suggest 250mg of caffeine for cardio...

IMO nothing beats JYM for a full profile. Huge energy, proven ingredients, big pump.
Or Scream, which is really the same thing.
I didn't actually read before posting :P What he said, I wouldn't take large amounts of caffeine before cardio. You'll get hella dehydrated, or feel like crap from drinking so much water.Broke both legs and ankles crew.
Recover gains or die trying crew.

As others have mentioned, you don't really want to take heavy stimulant doses before you do cardio.
However.. ErgoBlast is an excellent choice for lifting!Picking things up and putting them down since '09

I would look for something with complete doses of proven ingredients.
In saying this, I'd recommend PPK, Scream (a little short on BA, but very solid profile), C4 if you double scoop it. Pre JYM has an awesome profile but I've never used it. To get the benefits of said ingredients, you should be supplementing with them on a daily basis. If you just want caffeine-like energy, thats a different story.B. Kinesiology

From your list, I've used DyNO, Vortex, and C4.
DyNO gives me the most energy and best pump of the three, but it is very high stim and kind of sticks out on your list in that respect. I'm not sure I'd recommend it for cardio unless you're very familiar with your reaction to caffeine.
Vortex gives me laser-like focus, probably the best of that group in that respect, but not as good of a pump as I get on DyNO. Vortex also has yohimbine, so again, I'm not sure I'd recommend it for cardio unless you know how you'll react to it.
C4 is probably the safest stim-wise, but it's a two scooper for me. I don't get that big of a kick off of one scoop, but since it is lower stim, it may be a safer bet if you're not sure how your body will react to stimulants.Olympus Labs Representative

I would only take a pre-workout for training ...not cardio...unless your doing cardio and lifting in the same session then I wouldn't take a pre before both...there's no need to take your pre 2x per day..
Out of the ones you mentioned I've only tried C4... I think it's always good to start with lower stims firstVELOCITY NUTRITION
