For those wondering with what I am suffering with right now



I got these from acne when I was a teenager. I was really naive and didn't pay attention. The damage is perm. now to my skin, however it hasn't stopped me from achieving my goals.

LOL that would be an understatement of the millennium. I have seen countless docs and dermatologist for my keloid issue. The best they could do was inject cortisone steroid into the raised scar, so it can flatten it. The last option would be surgery which cost hella, and I am broke right now. These scars are going to the grave with me .

The issue runs through my mom's family tree, so it was genetics. I don'[t really mind about them since I have had them for a lonnnnnnnng time. It's the unwanted stares that bugs me the most. I mean just come talk to me and I will explain to you what they are.

I can relate, My left arm has third degree burns from elbow to halfway down my arm. I get those stares but now I don't care.

Nice post, I would recommend keeping your arms to your side when doing bb curls. Go lighter too because it looks like you're raising your shoulders to lift the weight.

Thanks, and yea I felt that I was using my back and shoulders when performing that exercise. It was my last set, and I was in anguish trying to get 6 reps lmao. Thinking of keeping the same weight next week for my power day.

Good job. Only thing that can help with that, is laser. If it doesn't bother you, just let it be, and get a tattoo. Something like Swift Rick's, but bigger.
