So, i got my bodyfat % measured today, it came out to 21.7%, and im currently 198lbs, i mean, once i get to 12% bf ill be 175lbs.. Assuming i lose like 4lbs of muscle with the fat.. I think thats honestly crazy considering im 15

No point, just suprised i would end up at 175ish, and it wouldn't take that long. 20lbs to lose basically..would take abt 3months.basicaly before the end of the yr

No if you want to lose almost all fat with no muscle loss you would be cutting at about a pound every 2 weeks meaning it would take you 40 weeks to get down to that level.
