With my work schedule I'm only able to get in the gym 3 days a week. Wed, Thur and Fridays. Sometime Saturdays. Anyone have any suggestions for a workout routine. I'm looking to transform I'm 5'9" 170 about 15% body fat. For the past 5 months I have been doing kettle bells on Wed and Friday and a total body cardio routine on Thursdays. I'm looking to loose more fat and gain more muscle. 48 years old here and feeling in the best shape of my life. T
