If you hit all your macro's for the day when trying to put on muscle, getting all of your protein carbs and fats in for muscle growth but fail to get the recommended amount of calories in daily, will you still put on muscle?

There may be a slight difference when you add macros and what the label says for calories, pretty sure it's rounded (shouldn't be off too much). Either way just hit your macros consistently and use the scale to make sure you're weight is going up, if it's not, then adjust as needed to make sure you're in a surplus.

Protein is only ONE of a few things you need to meet the needs of. You need to eat the amounts of carbs and fats also to gain muscle. A general rule of thumb is if you consume all of your carbs, fats and protein, you'll reach your calorie needs.
To answer that question you asked, relying on protein alone can't gain your muscle desires. You need to fill in all your calories. A good ratio is 2grams of carbs to 1gram of protein, it all comes down to the calories and the ratio of the nutrients
