Bulked up to 272 (photo with blue sweatshirt, taken March 2013 @ end of bulk) Don't have a shirtless pic here but you can get the idea from my face.
Began cutting. Left side of transformation picture was August 2013. I'm down to about 255 there. Right side of transformation pic is April 1st of 14' @ about 225 lbs.
Going to continue to cut a little more, than maintain until about sept. and begin process over again.
Let me know what you guys think. If anyone has any nutritional questions I'd be more than happy to answer.

I honestly keep cardio to a min, let the diet and macros take care of the rest. I'll hit cardio wed and sat for 15 minutes low intensity on a stair master post lifting.
My cals are roughly about 2700 a day. 275-300 grams protein. 225 grams carbs. 65 grams fats
I'm training 6 days a week right now. Chest tri abs. Back bi. Legs abs cardio. Shoulders. Tri and bi. Abs cardio. Off day
