Been seeing decent gains recently and I've felt like I've done a decent job of maintaining my bf%. I've been eating like crazy. I'm training to gain more lean mass but don't see much difference in size. Its only been a couple of month but wanted to get some thoughts on where you think I am with my bf% and size gains.

I'm not sure I'm quite there. I was leaning toward the 12-14% range, but this pic doesn't tell the whole story. I think I store virtually all of my fat in my waist/glutes (I'm a beer drinker... cutting way back starting yesterday, no more beer at all Sunday-Wednesday is the plan). If I continue eating the way that I eat, I think I'll see some improvements in the coming weeks as long as I don't go crazy over the weekends.

That's the goal... trying to trim the midsection where I store virtually all of my fat. Beer is a detriment, plus I'm retaining a ton of water right now. I want to get more cadio in but the last time I did that, I lost some strength gains. I've actually added 10+ lbs to my bp over this period, so that's good. I'm trying to get to 10% or under. The electronic machine at my gym had me at 12.5%, but who knows how accurate that is???
