basically 235 on left, 197 on right
i cut down to 166 then bulked up to 197 now, also had some injuries and had to take a couple months off last year =/
not a great physique i know but im working on it hard

That's a hell of a transformation for 14 months, good job man! You've improved every part of your body from what i can tell. You went from fat with little muscle, to pretty muscular, keep going man!
