This protein was designed with the purpose of being an excellent nutritional supplement for everyone!
Everything You Want In A High Quality Protein:
-Superior Taste- Surpassing the highest standard in flavor sensory analysis.
-Optimal Digestion - Enhanced with digestive enzymes for proper digestion.
-Efficient Absorption - Enhanced with AstraGin to improve the absorption of nutrients.
-Cost Effective- Per serving cost that is economical.
This was a 10/10 for me on this one for Taste, Mix-ability, Smoothness. Shake was delicious so I thought I'd
follow that up with some of my protein cookies and dam! they were good with the vanilla cream, I normally make
them with a chocolate whey but these were very good and a nice change to the mix.
The Finished Product..... It's going to be hard not to empty that plate too quickly!

Sure man...
Oats - I blend 1 cup into flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 cup Apriva sweetener
2 tbsp. choc syrup
2 tsp. cocoa (lots of fiber!)
1/2 cup applesauce
3 oz. yogurt - I used strawberry
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3 scoops of T.S.N. Vanilla Cream whey
Mix all ingredients slowly and then add in 1 cup of
oats(for texture) and then add in 1/3 of a bag of dark choc. chips.
Normally you'd mix your dry and wet ingredients separately but here
I do not, I find them to be a better texture when I mix everything together
at once and stir it slowly, aerating it too much makes them to fluffy.
Into the oven @ 350 for 9 min.

thanks for the recipe!
did you realize how big the scoop was? i never weigh my powder but it wasn't until months later (after many times using the powder) that i found it out was a lot more grams per scoops than they intended - that sort of affected my view of the taste and consistency but when i actually measured out the serving size... pretty much as Q said, one of the most underrated products.100% 中國人
