I use to like good mornings until i was doing them wide stanced and popped my ham pretty good. Somehow there was too much tension and i wasnt stretching very much at the time but hitting legs, couldnt bring my foot to my butt cheek which i heard is pretty stiff. Neways fast forward 5 months and im strengthening my ham again. I still wonder wtf happened though...and im deathly afraid of GM's exercise ugh

squat, deadlift, sumo dead target hams generally.
SLDL and romanian dead target hams specifically.Getting me some gains
