I've been training legs for quite some time now, however I don't feel the effects as heavily as I would like to.
I actually remember my very first leg day and the pain a day after, I could barely walk up stairs!
However more recently I don't feel the effects like I used and I wonder why this is?
My leg press, squats and other leg exercises are all going up in weight so it's not as if I'm not making progress.
Should I be worried or not?

Don't be worried. After a while, your muscles will not feel sore after consistent workouts. However, if you do want to see AND feel results, try changing up the workout. Add some supersets, new exercises, switch current ones around, try switching between heavy weight/low rep days and lighter weight, higher rep days. Tons of options. Good luck!
