So basically my weight has not changed in the 5 weeks. I started to get frustrated like many on keto do, we want progress and in our heads we're not achieving that.
These pics are 3 weeks apart in difference and at the EXACT same weight on the scale.
So the advice and point of this post is, like many people tell you on the forum. What the scale says can be completely different to your actual results, so keep your heads up, keep training hard and you WILL see your rewards.
