the thing for me is yes i can get down very lean but it is that nasty dry look with popping muscles and veins and he doesn't even have a tan!, its very hard to achieve, maybe another few years training i can achieve this, but i think hes been at least on some diuretic, and he is not small at all, loads of muscle.
