    Back over a 325 deadlift

Sorry just bragging, nothing productive here. I finally lifted 325 again today for reps for five times. First time above three plates in about six months. Hurt my knee a bit back and had to back wayy off.

I dont have a video of today but if you desire I can see if I can get one on Thursdays session and see if I can replicate

My biggest pull so far is 265x2. Was going for 5, missed, did 250 for 3 after. Grip. That's a great pull.

Squats? Trying 225 on Tuesday. 5x5. 300 seems moons away.

My squat hit 305 today as well. Today's workout consisted of 5x5 squats (135,185,225, 275 and 305) presses (45,95,105,115,125), deads (225, 275 and 335) then shrugs to finish. I like it and it hurts good when im done.

Tomorrow is BP, pend rows being the big two then some incline cable flys, pull ups and dips to finish.

I likely did but I am working my way up slowly. Would rather have some left in the tank and lift with good form, than lift to heavy, have my form go to crap and hurt myself. I am inceasing 10lbs a week right now so it will catch up fast.
