    Is my cutting macro's good enough(measly reps)

    Macros(cutting):

    Cals:2200
    Protein:180
    Fat:80
    Carbs:250
    Weight: 177-180

    Me:

    Height: 5'10"
    Age:15
    Weight: 177-180

    I take like 1hr 30 or 2 hrs in gym i go 3x/week on icf 5x5

    Anyways ima try to not loose alot muscle so are those macro stats pretty good?

    meh nothing wrong here, similar to mine. your 15 though, just bulk for now and grow tall and big.

    Been bulking for one year just never cutted before so thats why i asked if those cutting stats are good.. Thanks man ill be following those cutting stats tommarow... Ill give you my tiny reps haha

    My macros are basically the same as yours. I would drop carbs lower on non training days but besides that it seems solid. Are you throwing in cardio?
