    Protein-rich snacks

... for one with IBS-C and also sensitivity to most nuts except peanuts (no cottage cheese, yogurts, protein powder, almonds etc.)

What are good things to snack on during the day to get my protein needs while cutting. I am 180 right now and am trying to get at least 145grams a day - I already eat eggs and diff types of meat, but I get tired of eating too large pieces of chicken breasts/steaks etc. also it would be great to get my protein in during my caloric deficit and leave calories for other tasty foods, and so I would like to supplement my protein intake with some kind of easy snacks - for example peanuts, I've noticed 2 servings can give a pretty good amount of protein/fat (though they are calorie dense).
I eat small amounts of dairy products in foods sometimes, but in general I stay away (Irritable Bowel Syndrome [constipation one] that gets triggered by milk products and refined sugar, and protein shakes, even the vegan ones seem to irritate my guts as well).

Please let's not get into arguments about milk and sugar and how whether its .8g/lb or 1/lb and terminology, and all that mumbo jumbo

Just Please Advise me on Some Good Snacks to Augment my Protein intake

    Thanks

    Can you eat fish?

If anything, I'm a huge fan of salmon and tilapia.

Snacks, I'd say roasted salted almonds are aweeeeesome.

Fish yeah, I'm cool with it, just kind of expensive to buy sometimes, but it's pretty good. I mean more along the lines of snacks though.
Can't do almonds - hurt my mouth/tongue and stomach for some reason. Peanuts I can have, for example.

I like turkey jerky, has like 19g and 130 cals in one stick, high in sodium and is processed but good on the run.

Try getting a dehydrator and buying lean chunks of beef chuck. Slice thin, season with some Montreal steak seasoning nd throw it in that thing overnight. Eer jerky is filling, lower calorie and packed with protein.

While you will get protein from this, nuts and seeds are primarily used as a fat source. If you're looking for both, this is definitely a good choice, just noting it.

Right, just like peanuts - I'm cool with that though, since my primary macros (as most ppl's I'm pretty sure are) are protein and fat, and I'd like to get those in asap in my day. The only problem with stuff that has much fat is the calorie-density, so deff that's a problem when trying to get snack on protein sources full of fat :/

    Eggs are yum.

Shoot for Greek Yogurt if you can afford it - low calorie, filling and FULL OF PROTEIN.

Fiber One Protein bars (or anything with low sugar).

Tuna is good every 3 days.

Of course, never forget the power of some PEANUT BUTTER!
