    No progress

    I have been working out, doing cardio, and eating way healthier than i ever have, and i looked at a before and after picture and there is little to no change :|

    Ok you're eating healthier... but are you eating ENOUGH? At least 300-500 cals a day over your maintenance so that you gain weight?

    Bodybuilding isn't about how healthy you eat. It's about how much you eat.

    So if i eat 45 salads a day and **** 12 times will i gain weight? thats like a whole rain forest of salad????? Its about how much i eat right? thats a ton of food!
