I typically take 5mg of melatonin and some ZMA. Would it be more beneficial to swap the zma or an amino acid blend? Zma just seems a bit overpriced. If it makes a difference I drink a glass of chocolate milk and eat some cottage cheese for protein an hour after I take zma.

a better sleep product imo would be more beneficial if youre getting 5-6 hours, i am sure youre fully digested for zinc, just simply stating....

ErgoZzz will have you out for the count quick. I was taking Valerian Root and alternating Gaba with Melatonin. I did this for a couple of years and it did the trick every once in a while. Now when I have a hard time sleeping I take a couple ErgoZzz's with my Casein right before I lay down.

So you are supposed to get at least 8 hours of sleep a night for maximized muscle recovery....is there a product out there that makes up for a lack of sleep, essentially, making up for a lack of hours of sleep? Basically, if I am unable to get 8 hours a night because of work and everything else, then I am not recovering properly, so is there a product or products that help with this dilemma while only getting 6-7 hours of sleep a night?? Sorry if this is hard to understand or confusing.

you could give Endocrine-IGF from Betancourt a shot... even with 4-5 hours of sleep you are well rested and not groggy the next day.. so you get the benefits of the hormone release without feeling drugged out the next day..

I've tried a few things in the past, and personally I'm a huge fan of 3Z. Definitely helps you relax and fall asleep much easier http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/ai...rition/3z.html
