    alcohol and bodybuilding

    hello, i wanted to know what your opinions are about alcohol and bodybuilding. what do you guys think about getting drunk as **** for let's say 5 times per year, but not touching any beer on the other days. so just getting wasted 5-6 times per year. would it have negative effects on my gains ? thanks

    Bodybuilding is a healthy lifestyle imo alchol is unhealthy. If ypu like drink pick an unhealthy sport not srs there is none lead a healthy lifestyle enjoy treats occosianly, not regulary, moderation is key. GL op

    Drink pretty much every friday, saturday. Still seen good gains, just make sure you can still make it to the gym the next day.
