hello, i wanted to know what your opinions are about alcohol and bodybuilding. what do you guys think about getting drunk as **** for let's say 5 times per year, but not touching any beer on the other days. so just getting wasted 5-6 times per year. would it have negative effects on my gains ? thanks

Get ****faced every friday and saturday, make good gains. Would they be slightly better without booze? Probably, do I care? Hell no. Live your life, there's a million threads on this already.
