    http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3558185/

Many scientific data indicate that animals fed by GM crops have been harmed or even died. Rats exposed to transgenic potatoes or soya had abnormal young sperm; cows, goats, buffalo, pigs and other livestock grazing on Bt-maize, GM cottonseed and certain biotech corn showed complications including early deliveries, abortions, infertility and also many died (26–30). However, this is a controversial subject as studies conducted by company producing the biotech crops did not show any negative effects of GM crops on mice (31). Although Agri-biotech companies do not accept the direct link between the GMFs consumption and human health problems, there are some examples given by the opponents. For example: The foodborne diseases such as soya allergies have increased over the past 10 years in USA and UK (32) and an epidemic of Morgellons disease in the US (33). There are also reports on hundreds of villagers and cotton handlers who developed skin allergy in India (34, 35). Recent studies have revealed that Bacillus thuringiensis corn expresses an allergenic protein which alters overall immunological reactions in the body (36, 37).
i agree that gmo is straight up poison no doubt, i just know from what I have read that a apple from walmart is just as safe as a organic apple from whole foods

So what do you do about vegetables, with all their nasty phytates and oxalates? More people get food poisoning from fruits and vegetables than they do meat. Best avoid veggies, too!

I cut out wheat and diary for a few weeks, just to see what effect it has. I definitely felt better srs, however I still eat wheat now and again and the only difference I notice is I seem to hold more subcutaneous water/look more bloated. Whenever I eat diary now, however, my stomach does backflips. It doesn't bother me anyway, the only reason I drunk milk in the first place was for my protein shakes. I use my whey for protmeal/sludge now.

Wheat/diary has no place in my diet now anyway, brb over 400grams of carbs from rice, oats, sweet potatoes, fruit and veg, and not a single bloat was had. brb muscles looking full without a layer of water covering my abs

i anally absorb my vegetables.. its the safest way to get your phyto nutrients.... just be sure to wash and peel, use pure petrolatum and gently insert (dont want roids)... a full sized cucumber takes around 10 hours to absorb

By cutting dairy I'm guessing he'll be looking for alternatives. I don't know about almond milk but soy milk is an estrogenic which means man boobs and fat gain if he uses it enough.

Also does he plan on total dairy cut out? I know a girl who is not lactose intolerant but completely allergic to dairy. She can't have food that was cooked in butter even. Is he going that far or just cutting the obvious stuff out?

I limit omega 6 foods, and limit any food which gives me psoriasis outbreaks which for me is wheat and dairy. I eat a diet high in anti inflammatory foods. If you google it you can find studies that DEFINITELY link food intolerance and psoriasis. Do you have a food intolerance? Because that's what I was talking about.

I think he's just cutting obvious stuff... Milk, cheese, etc

And a girl earlier actually commented and mentioned almond milk. I also think she mentioned Ezekiel bread

Sure you don't NEED dairy or grain products, but unless you have a specific allergy to either, consuming it won't make the slightest difference.

Man has adapted to such foods since the introduction of agriculture.

Thats the dumbest thing Ive ever heard. We didn't evolve in a couple 100 years the only reason we are living longer is modern science.

Back on the topic of dairy/grains. Dairy is pretty damn horrible for you especially if you're buying locally, western pasteurization methods completely drain milk/cheese/yogurt etc. of its natural vitamins so they're added artificially afterwards. Then you have to realize that it also makes it nearly impossible for our body to break down any protein in milk so most of it just gets stored as fat or you chit it right out. If you REALLY have to have dairy in you're diet then make sure its all from New Zealand and when you go to buy protein either get lactose free or new zealand whey.

IMO its best to stay away from grains altogether because gluten is a whole different beast.

Almonds. 25 alone takes you to like 60-70% of your daily value.

Gluten is chit brah, wheat isn't good for anyone. Same with milk. Brb drinking pus and grossness pumped from a cow that is fed a crap diet and injected with hormones and antibiotics, then stripped of nearly all nutritional value during the govt mandated processing.

I still consume milk products occasionally but feel better when I avoid it. And gluten, not even once. I had to eat tons of wheat products the past 2 months to pepper my angus for a colonoscopy that was intended to either diagnose or rule out celiac disease, and I've felt like crap for every damn day of the past 2 months. So much more energy, a clearer mind, and a better functioning digestive system when I'm gluten free.

Your friend is doing a good thing, brah.
