    I need MAJOR advise.

    I just don't know what workout routine to do for my goals. People tell me to do Jason 5x5 and others say don't. Here r my facts

    I've been lifting for over 6 yrs (3yrs properly)

    I'm looking to GAIN MUSCLE

    I'm 5-11, 185 lb and BF is 16-17

    Please HELP!!!

    Help with what? With 6 years experience, you should be giving advice here, not asking about beginner programs.

    I'm guessing he has just been lifting some weights in his gym, not really training. If he has been serious about it for the past 3 years I feel like he should be heavier then 185 at 16-17 bf

    225( never really focused on lower body till couple months ago)

    I have been lifting just to stay in shape... Never focused on muscle building.

    Definitely would benefit you to hop on a routine like Starting Strength or JasonDBs 5x5. Get those squats up there and start deadlifting. Eat 200-500 over maintenance and really challenge yourself to lift heavier consistently.

    Ok, like I said I have heard this by others...so I'll give it a shot and see how it goes. Anything else I should know??

    I'm going to eat 3200 cal, 185 protein, 75 fat and 350 carbs

    Nope. Just keep at it and you'll see progress. Macros look good. Don't get overly obsessive on that though. Too strict of a diet will drive you crazy
