I just don't know what workout routine to do for my goals. People tell me to do Jason 5x5 and others say don't. Here r my facts
I've been lifting for over 6 yrs (3yrs properly)
I'm looking to GAIN MUSCLE
I'm 5-11, 185 lb and BF is 16-17
Please HELP!!!
