Next Monday i am planning bringing it with insanity & some weights
Monday: night, gym
Tuesday: morning, insanity
Wednesday: night, gym
Thursday: morning, insanity
Friday: night, gym
Saturday: morning(i hope so LoL) insanity
Sunday: rest
and for supplements i was thinking about a protein shake in the morning and before doing insanity/gym taking creatine and some BCAA for a post workout shake and about my overall nutrition i am doing 50p/25c/25f what do you think? your opinion is very important to me! thank you
