    Next Monday i am planning bringing it with insanity & some weights

    Monday: night, gym
    Tuesday: morning, insanity
    Wednesday: night, gym
    Thursday: morning, insanity
    Friday: night, gym
    Saturday: morning(i hope so LoL) insanity
    Sunday: rest

    and for supplements i was thinking about a protein shake in the morning and before doing insanity/gym taking creatine and some BCAA for a post workout shake and about my overall nutrition i am doing 50p/25c/25f what do you think? your opinion is very important to me! thank you

    Are you on steroids? If so, great routine. Otherwise do three days maximum, no need for any more unless you want to mess up your connective tissue.
