    Question Should I Build More Mass On Myself or Continue Dieting!?

    Guys... I need some help. Physically and mentally I keep f&#@&$@ up on what I want to do with myself. I been dieting for a month but ****ed up alot this week on my diet. One side of me is telling me to get bigger, and the other is telling me to lean out. I'm currently back at 198lbs right now and I just love eating, gaining size, and making strength gains, but at the same time I know if I was yet to bulk for another year my bodyfat would get too high along with my estrogen... Heres some photos....anyone have an opinion.

    Cut to the percentage you want then clean bulk. You may want to try what layne Norton does which is bulk for 4-8 weeks then cut for 2. It's supposed to keep you lean but at the same time your size gains won't be as dramatic but they will be clean gains.

    I think if you restrict your calories to just 200 over your maintenance you can keep your fat gains to a minimal. Personally I would do a slow bulk till about the end of May and then spend June-August to cut up a bit. Also lol @ estrogen comment...bro don't worry about that you only need to worry about **** like that when your 25%+ BF and obese with no physical activity.
