So for the past 2 1/2 months I've had maybe one cheat day, I really don't believr in them i just fit things into my macros. So anyways I've made huge progress (18-20% down to 12%) and i guess I was feeling accomplished so I went out tonight and played a good amount of beer pong and then went to whataburger(southern burger joint) and ate 1300 calories (I eat 1500 a day).. I know in the grand scheme of things it really isn't that a big deal, but damn i feel ****ty. I guess i just wanted some reassurance its gonna be ok :/ I'll end up not eating as much tomorrow but still..

That's the difference between guys on this forum and the regular joes. The next day we hit the gym HARD. The regular joe hits mcdonalds in the morning.
