hi yes, i have this problem where my stool sticks to the toilet.
i tend to eat leaner meats like chicken breast, tuna, things like that.
i notice, if i get off my high protein diet and stick with just veggies and salads, things like that, im fine... however, if i switch back to the protein diet, the problem shows right back up!
any idea what the hell is going on? lol i will bring it up to my doctor next physical im sure if it doesnt get fixed... and ive also read that it has to do with the high amounts of lipids in my diet. i mean, i have to hit my 60-80 grams of fat per day.

60-80 grams isn't really a lot of fat
how much protein are you consuming?Ditch your meal plan and develop a diet that combines sound nutrition with the foods you enjoy by eating when you see fit in the portions that allow you to achieve your macronutrient and caloric needs while providing sufficient micronutrients, energy and satiety. One can never forget that nutrition is a tool, not a restraint; the enjoyment of life should always come first. Psychological, sociological and emotional health should never be threatened by the attempt to increase physiological health.

gotta clean your **** up more often then
too bad so sadTo every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven;
A time to be born, and a time to die;
A time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted;
A time to weep, and a time to laugh;
A time to mourn, and a time to dance.
