So, for the past 10 months I have trained for strength and although I haven't made the most optimal gains due to a few setbacks that I'm sure my previous followers are aware of I am still proud with my accomplishments and I am looking forward to a another year of gains. Except this time it'll be a shared log with a long time best friend of mine.

I Alex, have been lifting on and off for the past three years. Earlier in my fitness career I focused mostly on the "mirror muscles" (like most beginners do), and would work only my upper body. Just this past year after gaining much needed knowledge have I really stepped it up, I was relatively strong for my weight in high school so I thought id give it a try. I began working out mainly bodybuilding splits 5 days a week and have only recently became interested in strength training. I have for the past month and am currently undergoing strength training.

Just as general note, I am still getting accustomed to all the volume and new exercises, so some of these numbers are lower than my actual potential. I am also working on completing the routine within the hour as it was designed, I'm currently finishing in about an hour and 20 minutes... so used to the extended rest times on SS
I will also be checking out 5/3/1 and phat as I said yesterday and perhaps running one of those depending on how I feel about this routine in a few weeks.I rep back 1k+

Pretty good workout! Felt drained after the heavy squats but that 315 mark is soooo close!!
