Yea, a few. Some days, you have to search a few plate racks to find them, but they are around - probably 10 or so in total. I find them fairly useful and never understood why they aren't in some gyms

My gym has 1.25, 2.5, 5, 10, 15, 20 and 25 kilogram plates. Lots of them. Also has a small number of microplates, and on the flip side, some monsters for the leg press.

The above work out as roughly 2.75, 5.5, 11, 22, 33, 44 and 55 pound weights, in case that helps.

edit: Huh, 55lbs is about the only one that really matches up. Noted for no particular reason...

Some of the gyms I've gone to have them, some don't. They really don't get used that often and its just as easy to use a 25 and a 10, so I think many gym owners, especially in smaller gyms, decide to save the money or buy more 45s instead.

I spent several years in Richmond. One gym had them, another didn't. Now I am in Charlotte. My Golds, which is a small 24 hour key entry gym with limited space and equipment, does not ( but it does have 7 1/2, 12 1/2 and other 2 1/2 dumbbells up to 32 1/2 which to me is a better trade off). I also go to two Sports and Fitness on occasion. One has them, another does not.

"Information" that takes up space I should use to remember where I put stuff around the house according to my wife.
