Why are you posting pics of yourself?

Any way, 250g protein is way too much. Take away 100 g of protein and add in 100 g of carbs.

Are you ok with eating this diet every day? A diet is not a strict set of meals - it should be a general guideline of what macros you try to hit.

Just a little tip, personally I would not eat a can of tuna every day because of the mercury content. Switch it up with some salmon or talapia if you want fish everyday. Also your weight gainer that your taking personally I would have it in between meal 1 and 2. Meal frequency does not matter either. Get your macros in for the day and your golden. good luck

He said it...Macros! From your photos you should probably bulk. Your meals dont need to be nearly as restrictive as in the diet you outlined. You can eat like a normal human. Just a 300 cal surplus or so, and get you 1 g pro and .45 fat per lb a day and youll be solid. adjust as per results. GL!

Post macros not food. Calorie balance and nutrient (macro and micronutrients) are what's most important.
    Always learning.

    (For 5 reps)
    Squat - 110kg
    Deadlift- 115kg
    Bench Press - 65kg
    Overhead Press - 47.5kg
