You can make any law, and you have the means to enforce it.

I would would change the economic system.

We would figure out all the products people need to enjoy a healthy life. There would be a couple types of that each product and they would be made to the highest standards. People would be legally required to work to make these products for the year, when the quoted is met, all workers get the rest of the year off.

There would be no need for buying things, you just get your yearly products in exchange for your work. If something breaks, you get new stuff from the small surplus made.

Innovation would come from the sciences and such people would be national heroes.

When people are off work, which would be for a good amount of the year, they would be given resources to beautify the community, have hobbies, have fun with other people, and enjoy their family.

That would end wasting resources, end wage slavery, most violence, and be a rational way to live.
