Freud heavily ripped off Hinduism while trying to come up with ideas. At the time, pre-WWII, Germans were tired of the mideast religions influencing culture. Also, it was proven that nearly all Euro languages come from India, and the new idea was that Euros come from around there, not from the mideast. That seems to be true too.

Anyway, Jung was using a kind of mystic reincarnation idea in his theories that's just fancy BS. In real life, humans are mindless things that get taught everything through loosely explained cultural ideas (repeated stuff) and their own environment. There's no "unconscious" knowledge and most people know almost nothing.

That's a tough topic because it's hard to say what "bad genetics" are today when the result may occur 50k from now.

For instance, blue eyes were supposed to have started 50k ago and I'm sure they were freakish, also they don't handle the sun well, but they are beautiful and make people very attractive. We do not know what is happening today like that.

I know that money is the same token economy trick psychs use on retards to get them to do things. Thus, people on welfare might be the least stupid since the, many times, purposes choose not to participate. And, they have more kids than supposedly smart people. So, they're bright enough to see society as based on lies, make idiots work for them, and have plenty of kids so they're passing on their genes.

When I was growing up I had ZERO help figuring out life's questions.

My parents were smart, but not very educated and more practical than anything. My peers were pretty dumb and if I got into a discussion, "I never thought of it" was the common answer. My two main buddies were like me but as they got older their intellect died down. So, I had to research and think my ass off to avoid losing my mind and stop making mistakes.

I noticed on the misc that most of the threads, the serious ones, not the "how I gave myself a blowjob" ones, were about problems I've had or seen in friends over and over. There is no mechanism in our society to teach about these issues although it's easy to see what they are, thus I thought it would be cool to compile a philosophy book about life's questions.

I especially enjoy helping young people with their questions. The quicker young people get perspective the more fun they will have for a longer period of time.

Are your thoughts influenced by Adler's theories? How so?

I believe that Adler is the answer to understanding psychology.

He was also a great humanitarian who believed that if we all work together and help each other out life will be better.

I first used my name in the now dead City of Heroes online game. I believe Superman is based on Adler's ideas, very popular at the time and in opposition to Nazi Nietzsche interest. Since I couldn't use the name Superman in the game it came to me that I'm an Adlerian, in psych, so I chose TheAdlerian.

I stuck with it because it sums me up.

You don't study that in psych, but there's lots to extrapolate from personality theory. Psych is very PC, there's NO talk about women, generally speaking. and you have to read between the lines. I do have extensive experience doing therapy with women and of course observing in real life.

The way to attract women is:

1. Look as good as possible given who you are.

2. Have honest conversations with them where you take interest. Any girl who is no a retard will enjoy that because mostly girls and their interests are ignored.
Take your time doing that and make friends.

3. Being beautiful and having obvious signs of money beat all of that. You might attract female sociopaths though. Most of us have no worries here though.

Women are just like men and they don't like everyone they meet.

Objectify: Meaning not thinking there is a human personality beneath the looks.

Adler believed we are are different with different evolved roles and strengths BUT of equal value. We are two parts of the same thing, so how could we not be equal.

You must have intelligence, but it's all about perseverance/practice. If you want to be an expert, you must go above and beyond.

I'll bet I've read more source material in psych than any student in the UK or America. In school they have you read what other people said about the source material and you can never be an expert that way.

How can a man be 'Alpha'

Alphas are what Adler said, people who work and think to protect the pack. A friend of mine from the gym ran into a burning building to help people, that is Alpha. A beta who thinks he's Alpha would try to exploit that somehow. Being selfless is Alpha as is improving yourself as much as possible to be smart, strong, and do a good job protecting people.

How can someone effectively break out of a habit?

Get angry, then get determined.

You can break a habit with one thought.

You can also "break" it by repackaging it. For instance, it's you life and you want to smoke meth, then that is your choice, why feel guilt? A good example is how weed got legal in Colorado. In October it was a dangerous criminal addiction, and now it's a legal recreational choice.

I prefer to break habits bad for my health though.

How do you tell a friend, who lacks self-esteem because of his looks (typical 'finds a GF, latches onto her forever, she knows this..uses it to her advantage") that his GF is psychotic/sociopathic (if speaking Psych 101) and manipulating him? She's put his 'light' out, so to speak. He's no longer himself. Hes just a shell of who he used to be...he used to be funny...free...happy.

Think of examples, and then bring it up to him without insulting tones ONE TIME. If that does not work then drop it, you've said your thing.

You could say this to her. But like, "I think you're a wonderful person, but you know I love my friend and am concerned about XYZ."

I know you have anxiety problems but for real, not expressing yourself is a big cause. Being around people whose motives you question causes anxiety and the way to deal is to ask them about it. It's best to not get angry but ask them by pointing out their positives.

That's a tough one.

I was massively miserable when my mom died, but I've had many horrible encounters with people in psychology. When I worked for the prison system it was a constant festival of horror.
