Hey guys after much deliberated effort I think I've concocted a meal plan that seems feasible given the current financial and time constraints I have lol. I'll throw in snacks, fruits and veggies in between meals. Anything need to be changed or am I good to go?
Macros
118g protein/ 254g carbs / 170g fats
Breakfast:
cals/ food type
300 oats
200 bread
210 eggs
300 olive oil
110 orange juice
Lunch:
120 eggs
120 whey
340 tortilla
90 pb
300 oats
Dinner:
120 whey
150 milk
800 heavy cream
Total Cals: 3160

They are calories, not concerned too much with the macro type as I am simply looking to gain weight. My maintenance is likely around 2.6k since I am like 5'11 and 144lbs. I was just wondering whether the type of foods described in my meal plan were good or anything needed to be removed/added. Thanks

A good multi-vitamin will help you get some micros in your diet.
I think you need to eat more protein. At least 1g per pound of body weight IMO. And your fat intake is way, way too high. You should keep that down around 100g per day or so. I know fats are calorie dense and you're trying to make up your calorie goals with it, but the majority of your calories needs to come from carbs and protein.
Also, you should break thos meals up and consume some food every 3 hours or so. That'll help you take in more food for bulking without getting too stuffed during a singular meal.
IMO, a shake and some cream is not a good dinner.
