Multivitamin Serving

I'm currently taking a multivitamin by Solgar, the v-2000.
It says take 2 daily. I was wondering if i could pass by just getting 1 per day.

Depends on your diet and it may or may not be lacking. you could pass by just getting 0 per day for all I know.

I look at it as a safety net, you probably wont get all of your recommended daily dosages from food. I know people who say they are waste but then there are people who swear by them. I always make sure i have my multi daily. If you think its too much for 2 then just use 1
