anyone else here use weights for cardio?

Just wondering. I've been using a 50-60 pound bookbag when i do martial arts, run, play tennis or whatever cardio i happen to be doing. Sometimes adding 10 pound wrist and ankle weights to each leg and arm. it's been really effective, whenever I don't have them on I feel ridiculously light, it's pretty cool haha. it's also increased the amount of weight i can handle

I will supplement them into my circuit training.

I've never done Leg Press HIIT, though. It's actually an appropriated procedure of HIIT.

Only when training for a specific thing. For general cardio, no.
Bodybuilding is 60% training and 50% diet. Yes that adds up to 110%, because that's what you should be giving it. Change the inside, and the physique will follow.
