I normally do deadlifts, followed by power cleans, then hang cleans.

Sumo deadlifts followed directly by Romanian Deadlifts put my hammies out of commission for days lol...works great cause you already had a much heavier load on them so the RD's can go to the ground easy and gripping is much less stressful. Feel like SLDL's take away some of the target from the hammies (like Rehz said) and the erector mainly begin to take over the lift, esp. in the 70%+ to failure range.
Edit : If it was back day, Regular Deads and SLDL all the way lolStarted @ 2009 - 335 LBS & 37% BF
Now @ 2014 - 210 LBS & 11% BF

The boyz love SLDL....lots of ass in air...or boobage in line of sight...
But they're okay. I find I like hyperextensions better for hamstrings...can really squeeze the glutes and glute/hamstring tie-in on those.Coming out of "retirement"...Meg is training for a Figure competition...again!!!

Bench press, because when someone finds out that you lift, the first question they ask is how much do you bench.
Least favorite is bicep curls because no matter what I do biceps just grow very very slowly for mehttps://youtu.be/RGHV67vZ0MM 435lb Bench SS 7/8/17
