GO VEGAN! Works for me anyways, lots of veggies, fruits, (yea despite high GIs & sugars,) guess it's the alkali Ph that helps also but a vegan diet is a great way to stay lean year round, for me at least - anyone want to post sample diets would be interesting...

Thread will not end well.
No brain, no gain.

Of course if you're eating nothing but fruits and veggies, you're incidentally eating extremely low-calorie. Same effects could be achieved with keto/paleo, IFing, or just plain old calorie counting without going full retard.
You'll feel good short-term, but long-term, say goodbye to your libido and good moods. And please for the love of god take a B12 supp.

I'm interested in how you would hit daily goal protein intake on a lower TDEE. Say if you weighed 160lbs, and ate 1800 cal/day.
Please elaborate on this. There is no spoon.

Avatar is 2 years old. 190 now, with maybe an extra 2 - 3 % bf. Anyways to answer your question deadpool - I usually get 30 - 40grams of protein per meal from beans. Yes it's not exciting, however, a tin of kidney beans, black beans etc will give you around that and usually contain just 150 - 200 cals. To boost calories I eat more carbs: oats, wholemeal bread etc. My diet is higher in carbs than normal so my macros are 50% carbs, 30% protein and 20% fats. Does that help?

We are posting anecdote not all the facts here or you wouldn't have used some famous individual as your example without any further details into what they do or even finding out if their vegan status has slightly hindered their progress in any way. Furthermore I can assure you as a WWE wrestler he isn't natty either.
Bill Pearl is not even remotely a vegan. Gallons of dairy and dozens of eggs a day do not a vegan make. I am very familiar with him, and consider him a legend.
