so much debate between eating dirty and clean but if they are almost the same macros
and the pizza is a lot easier to eat quanititywise (less to shove down)
then why eat the pasta and cottage cheese
celeste pizza frozen ($1 lol)
fat: 13g (no trans)
cholesterol: 0g
carb: 42g
fiber:2g
protein: 10g
sugar:10g
and then....
Wholewheat pasta
fat 1.5g (+ olive oil 3/4 tablespoon so like 10g)
chol 0g
carb: 41g
fiber 7g
protein 7g
sugar 2g
the pizza is a lot less time consuming to eat/prepare
im really serious when i ask why eat clean when you can eat this?

IIFYM seems to be right in most cases. The only research I've found that begs to differ is in terms of fats and unless you're willing to trade the fats from your usual diet for MCTs or DAG oil it's pointless pretty much. I made a whole thread on it if you want to know why titled "Which fats to lose fat"
