Morning all!
I was lucky enough to be sent a tub of the new WATERMELON GOLD FEAST!
I strictly do only crossfit, so if you don’t like crossfit workouts, move on and thanks for stopping by.
Smell: 11/10, let me put it this way, I opened the tub and my daughter said “mmmm” and asked me for a scoop.
Mixability: Mixed it my new patriot shaker, there was quite a bit of foam, but it did subside. No problems here.
Taste: 10/10, I know I know, that’s what everyone says. Really, this stuff is delicious. I put it above Watermelon White Flood. The texture of feast really adds to the flavor. It’s as if you took an actual piece of watermelon and blended it just before it became watery. It’s exactly like that.

Workout for yesterday.
12 Minutes AMRAP
3 Power Snatches @ 95lbs
5 Burpee Box Jumps
Followed by
5 sandbag sprints (sandbag=80 yards)
25 yards
50 yards
75 yards
50 yards
25 yards
The AMRAP wasn't too bad, but those sprints took everything out of me.
I got home, threw down my 2 scoops of GOLD FEAST, and woke up this morning feeling refreshed.

Morning!
Here was yesterday’s workout!
5 minute row – warm up
Work up to heavy snatch.
95 x 8
115 x 8
135 x 4
145 x 4
165 x 4
185 x 2
185 x 2
Then I decided to try this out just for fun, the NLI’s workout.
115 x 14 – Floor to shoulders
115 x 7 – Shoulders to OH
135 x 12 – F to S
135 x 6 – S to OH
155 x 10 – F to S
155 x 5 – S to OH
185 x 8 – F to S
185 x 5 – S to OH
14 min cap.
Normally you have to do sled drags, but no access to sleds : /
After going through that not sure I could even add in sled drags.
White Flood really kept me going here, I was missing my Wraath.
I was going to work on squats, but I was dead after that.
I can’t tell you how much I was looking forward to Gold Feast on the way home.
I was salivating!
Threw down my 2 scoops, and it was as if I was refreshed and ready to hit another WOD!

Saturday’s Work.
Today was just some snatch work with some weighted pull-ups.
115 x 10
125 x 9
135 x 8
145 x 7
155 x 6
165 x 5
170 x 4
175 x 3
180 x 2
185 x 1
From there went to weighted pull-ups.
BW x 10
Bw + 20 x 5
Bw + 44 x 3
Bw + 53 x 1 (I don’t count my second one, was horrible)
I was beat… I felt pretty good hitting that 185 on the snatch so I decided to attempt 190….
BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER.
I got under it, but couldn’t complete, as soon as I dropped the BB I felt a slight pain in my right bicep.
This has happened to me before when I would press heavy weight…
Needless to say, it kept me out of the gym Sunday.
I’m not sure if I am going in today… we’ll see.

Morning!
So my shoulder had me out Monday, but I felt great yesterday so I decided to hit the gym.
Here’s how it went down.
Warm up – 500m row
Then
21-15-9
DL @ 225
Burpee Box Jump @ 24”
Took me 06:31.
I felt that was pretty slow, I blew through the DL’s, but those burpee box jumps are what slowed me down : /
I was definitely winded after, good to be back!
Got into the car, mixed 2 scoops of GF w/ ice cold water… I could drink this stuff throughout the day.
It’s too good to be a post shake!

Morning all!
Haven’t logged on in a while, but don’t worry, I wrote down all my info.
I didn’t train on Thursday, but I did go Friday morning.
On Friday, I did some more squat work.
Warm up- 5 min DU
Squats “ATG”
115 x10
135 x 10
145 x 10
Then I did some real work
160 x 2 with 5 second pauses at the bottom
165 x 2 “”
170 x 2 “”
175 x 2 “”
180 x 2 “”
185 x 2 “”
Again, all of these, were ATG, none of that half squat ish.
I’m working on mobility with these.
My legs were fried after the last set, so I went to the car, mixed up my GOLD FEAST and made my way home.

Sunday was one of the most deceiving of all.
Warm up – 600m Run
Then
10 Burpee
20 Sit ups
30 Squats
For Time
Then
20min AMRAP
200m run
KB rack hold for 50m @ 88lbs
20 ring rows
20 KB Swings @ 88lbs
KB rack hold for 50m @ 88lbs
Every 2’ 5 burpees, didn’t matter where you were on your set.
I got through 4 rounds, I was going on to my 5th.
When I first saw this WOD I didn’t think it was going to be that bad.
It was brutal.
I stayed after and used a lacrosse ball for about 10min, while sipping on some GF.

Good morning All,
Yesterday’s workout was one of the worst I’ve been through.
Here’s how it went.
Warm up
10 x Thruster @ 65lbs
10x Band Good Mornings
2 rounds
Then
Work up to deadlift @ 250lbs.
Then
10 Handstand Push Ups
15 Deads @ 250lbs
25 Box Jumps @ 30”
50 Pull Ups
100 WB’s @ 20lbs
200 DU’s
400m run w/ a 45/plate.
HORRIBLE!
I was dying!
Luckily I had my 2 scoops of Gold Feast nearby!
Threw that down while hitting the airdyne.
Went home and made a steak w/ some veggies and knocked out.
I woke up this morning, feeling refreshed and ready to go!
I have to give it up to CL, I wouldn’t be able to make it out of bed with you some of the supps.
