Butterbur, goldenseal, etc? I'm taking claritin periodically, flonase almost everyday, and doing a saline nasal rinse. I started taking Source Nat vit C with quercetin & bromelain, and just today will start replacing claritin with butterbur.
So far, the only thing I can say that makes a real difference is the saline rinse, and somewhat the flonase.

For sinus trouble try using a netti pot to flush out all the crap.
Worked wonders for me.
If I feel any hay fever or itching in the sinus , I just give it a saline rinse.
For me its massively reduced the recovery time after colds and stopped me getting sinus and ear trouble.
