    Please recommend me some veggies

    I already know people will respond saying whatever veggies you like but I really don't have much preference for any particular veggies.
    I'm already eating spinach/broccoli/carrots so I'd appreciate it if anyone can recommend any other veggies that can supplement any vitamin/
    micronutrients I may possibly be lacking from only consuming those veggies. Thanks !

    Its good your eating spinach as it has many vitamins and its a natural source of glutamine. Kale is another good choice. Most of these fiberous veggies take more calories to burn then what is in them so there ideal for getting shredded!
    A calorie is a calorie but dont be stupid with it....
