Its about 24 hrs old. Washed with soap and water (FUKING HURTS BRO) and then put a bandage on it.
How should I treat it for it not to get infected? Should I go to hospital(pls no) ?

Too late to get it stitched. Would go to care provider. They will clean it out, and probably put some dermabond in it. Maybe some antibiotics and pain killers fo you too. Good luck,

My friend (most alpha guy I know, srs) cut his hand open with a knife. It looked like it definately needed stitches, but he just got some super glue and glued it back together. srs.

Keep the area sanitized with alcohol, and by area I mean your entire arm. Wash your hands frequently and keep a close eye on it for any yellowing or pus development. Don't scrub it, let the scab form

I would be concerned about it being infected. Clean it out with sulfuric acid and then super glue it shut.

if i were to give advice, id say go to urgent care and get stitches. not a hospital.
....if it were me, id clean it out real good with hydrogen peroxide, make sure no dirt is in, wash it with peroxide again, and super glue it to close it. the formula behind super glue was actually invented originally to seal wounds... I've used it and works.2 corinthians 2:19

Yes, definitely. If it doesn't get stitched up it won't heal well and will probably be easy to reopen.
