    Do I need to cut or what?

    I think my body looks weird and was wondering if I need to cut and if I do how do I make sure I dont lose alot of muscle along with doing that?

    Looking great, I would keep lean bulking if I were you, but if you do want to cut, make sure you're eating 500 below maintenance when you're cutting and intake more protein to keep your muscle mass, typically 1g per 1lb lean body mass.

    Also make sure you drink a lot of water

    I think you look pretty good and could def continue bulking. But if you don't want to, maybe do a really slight daily deficit like 200 cals and sorta recomp. Or you could design cals around your current split so that you were slightly over maintenance on your most strenuous lifting days (prob squats/legs), at maintenance on normal lifting days, and a 20% under maintenance on off-days. But you don't look "weird" at all. Back could be bigger and can't see legs, but I'm going to go ahead and say that those need work since it is true for most guys. But traps, delts, arms, and chest look pretty good.
