Having done both, they're both about the same in terms of difficulty, long term weight loss above 50+lbs is def more difficult.

Typical ecto ignorance i take it. No, it's not always their fault cause they are sometimes born into families with no idea of portions and calorie control like me and then when we start trying to lose weight we go through the usual fat people excuses until we discover about cals, macros and body types. Skinny ****s can fail over and over and still remain on the slim side and liked by everybody meanwhile the fatty usually gets no respect at all.

I was gonna say i admire both, but nah, it's the fatty who's had it hard all his life and then taken a massive step in his life of fat to make that change into getting jacked, not the skinny **** who's had no problems being accepted by all socially most times and just wants to impress more bishes. The fat guys do it to earn their self respect back and esteem most of the time and then to get bishes is the GJDM feeling.

I respect both, though I find skinny to bulking, especially when you're a huge ecto is much more challenging. Fat guys (not all) generally have it easier getting to the same stage.

you can lose 50 lbs in a few months but you can't gain 50 lbs of muscle in a few months.
therefore, skinny bulking up wins imo.
also the dieting is equally as hard for both.
fatties love to eat, skinny people got trouble reaching their macros.

The bulker. Chances are they dont have any appetite and have to force heavy/high calorie food down.

While a dieter can eat high fiber foods, and use stims to suppress appetite.

losing fat at the beginning is all fun and stuff, but after a few months it gets extremely exhausting
i've been cutting since mid of febuary after dirty bulking and i have to say i'm really struggling even though i've made some nice progress
