Should I switch to CKD Keto diet?

At this moment I am low on carbs around 60g and under, high protien and high fats. I aint really loosing weight even though I workout intense. The main reason why I want to switch is because I aint loosing any weight, secondly on a Monday and Tuesday I have to go college and all my mates are eating outside (Junk Food). I was thinking if I can have two days High protein, High Carbs (Low GI), Low Fat and the other 5 days I can have High protein, high fats, Low Carb (under 30g).

However I have one more question I heard you have to stay at least 3 weeks on low carbs then you can carb up???? Really?

Ya dude, switch. At 60 grams, you're probably not fat-adapted and your body's systems are still craving exogenous glucose.

Considering how low carb you've been, you can probably drop the carbs to around 20 for two weeks and be good. Also, keto is High Fat, Moderate Protein, Very Low Carb.

The body can't absorb fiber so you don't count it in your macros. You can either take a fiber supplement or eat a ton of salad (I'm doing a CKD and have about 2 salads a day, also a good way to get fat if you douse it in ranch)

whats your cals? maybe too high? get your fibers from nuts and lots of green leafy veggies. in keto you should aim for 65% fat 30% protein 5% carbs. lower ur intake of protein, keep fats high until your adpated. for carbs just minus fiber.

Well, my BMR is 1659, I was told to remove 500 so I guess 1159 cals. I was given a URL on this forum on how to workout the intake for protien and fats this is it:

    Mon - Fir intake:
    Calories intake: 1159

    110 g protien = 110 cals
    116 g fat = 1049 cals

Does this mean no calories for carbs :| I need at least 20g for little bit of fibre. Am I doing this right?

That BMR sounds awful low... are you some sort of little person?

Your ratio should be based on calories, not grams.

"I dont like salad." This probably means you're not human or you've been eating crap for most of your life and you've deranged your taste buds. They'll get better if you eat right.

dead animals, green veg, eggs, oils, cream, butter, protein supps if you want. there's your menu.
