I've been working out/running for many years, but I can't seem to get rid of my love handles. I'm 20 and I say I eat fairly healthy. I think I do have what you would call a high carb diet though.
Any excersises or diet suggestions? I appreciate the help ( p.s, sorry if this is the wrong forum, new guy :P )

a caloric deficit
to expand: spot reduction doesn´t work, so no exercise can help burn the fat in a specific area. Genetics determine the way fat is stored. For me, love handles are the last place to go when I cut down."Do not subordinate fundamental principles to minor details."

xuaxace is correct. you need to put less of the fork in your mouth. simply 'eating healthy' doesn't cut it. are you aware you can get just as fat or spin your wheels eating plain chicken and brown rice? learn some more about nutrition and eating at a deficit, it's quite simple.

Gotta lose weight via a caloric deficit (Yes, that means count your calories and macronutrients). I "eat healthy" too and still can gain/lose weight depending on how many calories I eat.
