Here is what I did at the gym today:

front squat 1 x 10, 1 x 8, 1 x 6 *gotta go heavy to keep the muscles.
Bench press/rows superset 3 x 10
Shoulder flies/leg curls superset 3 x 10
abs 3 x 10

No carbs.

My diet is pretty extreme. When bulking I eat whatever the **** i want until i vomit. When cutting I eat no carbs until I pass out
