I know its been debated time and time again, and you can ask 3 different guys and get 3 different answers. But, I know you guys on this forum are serious about your workouts and your bodys. So, Im coming to you with this. Ive got BCAA powder from BSN and Creatine Powder and Id like just a bit of advise as to if I should pre-load and once thats done when should I take the powder. I workout 5 days a week and I read somewhere that I should take 5 grams of both before my workout and add 5 grams of BCAA to the water Ill be sipping on during my workout then 5 grams of both with my protien shake post workout. BUT, if you read on the BCAA bottle, it says wit 20-30 minutes after taking the BCAA powder before you eat or before you drink a shake. Well, I know that you want to have your post workout shake within 30 minutes of your workout for best absorbsion. So, now Im confused as to when to take the creatine and BCAA powder.
Thanks guy

You're going to hear 3 different answers on how to take creatine? Well two of those people are probably wrong. There is no need to load, just take 3-5g a day and you're set.
Also you don't need to intake protein 30 minutes after your workout, just make sure you're hitting your daily nutritional macro's.

5 g BCAAs before working out, another 5 grams during the workout, and 5 grams post workout is not going to benefit you unless you are in a very narrow category of people, which would probably include someone who is fasting, training intensely for a long time, and overall ingesting inadequate amounts of protein.
If you want BCAAs, fine, but you don't need them pre, intra, and post.
